Madeleine Design Group  was engaged from the early stages of this Semiahmoo Ocean View new build in White Rock to bring a fully realized vision of modern West Coast living to life. Working alongside Tycon Building Solutions, the project was delivered as a full-service interior design and furnishing scope, balancing bold expression with refined, livable luxury.

Set on the Semiahmoo Peninsula, the home overlooks expansive coastal views and was designed to respond directly to its natural surroundings. The interior palette was inspired by an Italian table discovered by the clients while travelling, which became a defining reference point for the home’s layered use of colour, texture, and materiality.

This project was also documented through a six-part YouTube series, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the design and construction process from concept through to completion.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas form the heart of the home, supported by architectural detailing, integrated lighting, and sculptural finishes. A private wellness spa – awarded Best Wellness Space at the 2026 Western Canada Design Excellence Awards – adds a restorative retreat within the residence.

Additional spaces, including a curated library and serene private suites, continue the narrative of thoughtful, tailored design throughout.
