This project began as a three-story townhouse that was outdated, cramped, and cold, and in serious need of renovation. The design team was recommended to the client by the builder and was ultimately hired to do a full refresh and update of the interior spaces.

The directive was to simplify, open, brighten, and create a more useable, contemporary space.
