Located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Kitsilano Point, Vancouver, this house was majorly transformed and brought back to it’s heritage roots. The house was haphazardly divided into 5 rental units many years before our clients took ownership. It was dark, neglected, and needed some serious TLC. 

The 4 level home went through a major interior transformation to a-join all levels, creating a single family home, and bringing it home to how it was originally built and designed to be enjoyed. Since the home is so close to one of the most popular beaches in Western Canada, our clients wanted to bring the feeling and serenity of the beach indoors. We used a calming palette to brighten and modernize the home, but used heritage detailing throughout to keep it true to it’s roots. The interior and exterior of the home went through a complete transformation and is now one of the main stars on the block. All the charm brought back to this 100+ year old heritage beauty, now to be enjoyed for decades more to come!
